NEMO is an annual focal event, founded by the IEEE MTT Society, on electromagnetic- and multiphysics-based computer-aided design (EM-CAD), rotating between Europe, North America and Asia. It aims to stimulate a broad exploration of “disruptive” technologies of EM-CAD in addition to traditional topics.
NEMO2019 is scheduled right before IEEE International Microwave Symposium (IMS) 2019 in the same city (Boston), allowing attendees to attend both conferences in one trip. IEEE Trans. on MTT will also publish a mini-special issue devoted to NEMO2019.
Ranked as the number one U.S. summer vacation spot by U.S. News & World Report, Boston has something for everyone. From the charming cobblestones of Beacon Hill, to the civic landmarks along the Black Heritage Trail and Freedom Trail, to the iconic grounds of Harvard University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Boston is a quintessential blend of colonial history and cutting-edge innovation.
Conference venue (Boston Marriott Cambridge) is right next to MIT, minutes to Harvard, Charles river; 1 mile from downtown Boston, and 5 miles to BOS airport.
Flexible paper submission accepting both 3-4 page full paper and 1-page abstract.
IMS paper submitters can submit 1-page abstract to NEMO to avoid potential conflicts, which later (by Final Paper Deadline: Mar. 18, 2019) can be expanded into a full-paper to be included in IEEE Xplore or kept as a 1-page abstract for presentation only, upon acceptance of NEMO.
